Snapchat has expanded its availability to Amazon Fire Tablets, allowing users to download the app through the Amazon Appstore. This move makes Snapchat accessible to Fire OS users globally.

Amazon Fire Tablets are widely used for entertainment, education, and communication. With this launch, users can access core Snapchat features such as Chat, Stories, Lenses, and Spotlight on their devices. According to Snap Inc., “The Snapchat experience on Fire Tablets is comparable to Android and iOS devices, with access to core features like Chat, Stories, Lenses, and Spotlight.”

Snapchat+ subscribers—now numbering over 17 million worldwide—can use all their membership benefits on Fire Tablets. The company also noted that more than 900 million people use Snapchat each month. Snap Inc. stated: “With more than 900 million people using Snapchat each month, this launch builds on our continued commitment to make Snapchat accessible across more devices and platforms–helping friends and families everywhere stay connected and express themselves.”

This development aims to support broader device compatibility for Snapchat users.
