The U.S. Census Bureau has updated its OnTheMap application and the Longitudinal Employer-Household Dynamics (LEHD) Origin-Destination Employment Statistics (LODES) with new data. The latest update includes employment figures for 2023, as well as backfilled data for Mississippi covering the years 2019 to 2022. Additionally, the tool now uses updated geography based on the 2024 TIGER/Line vintage.

OnTheMap is an online mapping tool that provides information about where people live and work. It was created through a partnership between the Census Bureau and Local Employment Dynamics partner states.
