Bank of America has announced it will release its second quarter 2025 financial results on Wednesday, July 16. The results are scheduled to be made public at approximately 6:45 a.m. ET, with an investor conference call following at 8 a.m. ET.

The company stated, “As previously announced, Bank of America will report its second quarter 2025 financial results on Wednesday, July 16. The results will be released at approximately 6:45 a.m. ET, followed by an investor conference call at 8 a.m. ET.”

Materials including the news release, supplemental filings, and investor presentations will be available through Bank of America’s Investor Relations website at https://investor.bankofamerica.com/quarterly-earnings. Additionally, the Form 8-K containing the financial results can be accessed via the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s website at https://www.sec.gov.
