Bank of America has announced its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2025. The detailed news release, supplemental filings, and investor presentation are available on the company’s Investor Relations website at https://investor.bankofamerica.com/quarterly-earnings.

Chair and CEO Brian Moynihan, along with Executive Vice President and CFO Alastair Borthwick, will discuss the results during an investor conference call scheduled for 8:30 a.m. ET today.
