The Alliance for Retired Americans announced on April 2 that it will host its National Membership Meeting and conference from April 27 to 30, 2026, in Las Vegas. The event is set to take place at the Sahara Hotel and marks the organization’s celebration of 25 years of activism.

The meeting aims to bring together retired union workers and their advocates to strategize, mobilize, and prepare for the upcoming 2026 midterm elections. According to the announcement, participants will have opportunities to elect national officers, debate and vote on resolutions, hear from labor leaders, attend workshops, and join strategy discussions.

The event will conclude with a Senior Prom Ball and Dinner. Registration costs $150 per person with a hotel rate of $69 per night. The deadline for both registration and hotel reservations is Monday, April 6, 2026.

Founded as an organization dedicated to protecting pensions and rights of millions of retired union workers, the Alliance continues its efforts by organizing events such as this annual meeting. The gathering serves as a platform for members nationwide to shape policy directions and strengthen advocacy ahead of key political milestones.

As preparations continue for this year’s meeting in Las Vegas, organizers emphasize participation from across the country as essential for advancing retiree interests.
